Our Hot Yoga class is a challenging Power Yoga routine of yoga asanas and flowing movements incorporating the breath (also known as a Vinyasa). This is then done in a room heated to 100 degrees. This makes it even more challenging and at the same time safer for your body. When your body is warm, the muscles are more flexible and easier to stretch. the heat also makes the body sweat, releasing toxins and raising the metabolism. It is accessible to all levels of practice. For beginners, it will make the body warm and ready to stretch. For more advanced students, it will take your practice to a whole new level. Hot Yoga is for anyone who likes to engage in healthy and challenging aerobic activities.
