This class is strongly influenced by the Iyengar tradition, which focuses on precise body alignment. Props are utilized to assist those of any level to perform the asanas and experience the therapeutic benefits of yoga. The asanas build stamina, strength, flexibility, balance and poise while aiding in stress reduction. This is a challenging class but all levels are invited to attend.
