Dining at Mirbeau's Award Winning Restaurants

Our dining incorporates the spirit of wellness and balance by spotlighting local products and organic whenever feasible. We take great care to support the farm-to-table concept and use the culinary talents of our team to incorporate daily baked goods, New York State beef, Finger Lakes produce and cheeses into your stay with us.

Meal periods come in several varieties to suit your changing tastes as the day progresses…

Breakfast and Lunch is served in the Dining Room and conducted in a casual, serene atmosphere where European Continental Breakfast uniquely presented and full hot breakfast is available. The Day Spa experience is elevated through healthy and nutritionally balanced luncheon options with salads, soups and sandwiches. Spa Robes are welcome throughout the property and the restaurant during the day but not required.

 The Aqua Terrace is an outdoor heated water lounge environment with a full bar and lite fare menu throughout the day. The full lunch, wine bar and dinner menus are available should you desire them. While many Spa enthusiasts make the Aqua Terrace part of their fitness and sauna regime and others pass some of the day enjoying our extensive wine list and specialty cocktails. In either case, it is a carefree outdoor space meant to fit your lifestyle.

 The Wine Bar showcases our newly acquired Wine Stations which house 24 wines to sample. The Once In A Lifetime tasting features wines like Opus One, Caymus, and Chateau Pontet-Canet. Other Stations change frequently with such themes as The Nose Knows-Aromatic Whites, Pretty in Pink-Blush Lovelies, White Wines We Can’t Pronounce-Gewurtzraminer, etc. Easy going and an “its ok to laugh out loud” vibe invite you to hang out for an evening sampling from our nightly promotions like the Friday Night Raw Bar, Wednesday Women Wine Discounts or Saturday Happy Hour 4pm to 7pm with snacks and drink specials. The Wine Bar has a quaint and eclectic appetizer selection and you are also free to choose from the full French Steakhouse Dinner menu.

 The Dining Room at Mirbeau takes the form of The French Steakhouse every evening when the lights are dimmed and the music gets a little progressive. Classic pleasures like East- and West-Coast oysters, table-side Caesar Salad as well as seafood flown in fresh daily complement the variety of French comfort foods and in-house dry-aged beef on our seasonal menu. Have fun sharing sides to accompany your steaks or seafood and you might even find yourself having to defend your soufflé against others’ advances. Attire is relaxed and refined with no particular need to go with (or without) a jacket and ties are discouraged unless properly knotted.
