May's Featured Recipe: Sgroppino

From the Italian "to clean", Sgroppino is a bright, crisp and refreshing drink enjoyed after a long, warm day or at the end of a delicious meal to leave your palate clean. Mirbeau's Sgroppino is attractive, delicious and fun to concoct. We hope you enjoy.

Sgroppino
Ingredients:

  • Beek & Skiff (chilled)

  • Limoncello (chilled)

  • Moscato d'Asti (chilled)

  • Sugar Cube (1 per drink)

Method:

  1. Place sugar cube in a Champagne or Wine Glass.
  2. Pour 1/4 oz. Beek & Skiff Vodka and 1 oz. Limoncello over sugar cube.
  3. Top with 4 - 5 oz. of Moscato d'Asti.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
