May's Featured Recipe: Sgroppino
From the Italian "to clean", Sgroppino is a bright, crisp and refreshing drink enjoyed after a long, warm day or at the end of a delicious meal to leave your palate clean. Mirbeau's Sgroppino is attractive, delicious and fun to concoct. We hope you enjoy.
Sgroppino Ingredients:

Beek & Skiff (chilled)

Limoncello (chilled)

Moscato d'Asti (chilled)

Sugar Cube (1 per drink)

Method:
- Place sugar cube in a Champagne or Wine Glass.
- Pour 1/4 oz. Beek & Skiff Vodka and 1 oz. Limoncello over sugar cube.
- Top with 4 - 5 oz. of Moscato d'Asti.
- Serve and enjoy!
