Honey-Yogurt
Ingredients:

  2 c. yogurt to 1/2 c. honey

Method:

Honey-Yogurt not only tastes delicious but gives you the double benefits of Honey and Yogurt. The beauty of Honey-Yogurt is it's versatility. It can be used in a club sandwich in place of mayo, in chicken salad when you add curry, a parfait when nuts, fruits, and granola are added, as a dip for fresh veggies crudite; the possibilities are endless!

 Here's our California Club recipe which we use Honey-Yogurt in.

 California Club

Wrap Sliced turkey breasts, chopped romaine lettuce, avocado, sprouts, bacon, sunflower seeds, and roasted tomato in a whole wheat wrap with honey yogurt dressing spread inside.
