Margherita Flatbread 'Pizza' $12

On lightly grilled naan bread, housemade fresh mozzarella, local heirloom tomato & basil pistou.

Shrimp Wrap $14

Ginger glazed shrimp, romaine lettuce, wasabi cream, rice vinegar dipping sauce.

Mission Style 'Burrito' $14

Whole wheat wrap stuffed with black beans, peppers, red onion, pepper jack and brown rice. Served with sour cream and guacamole. 

Fish Tacos $12

Two flour tortillas with blackened white fish, red pepper aioli, tomatoes, shaved lettuce & red onion.

Steak Tartare $12

Finely chopped filet mignon with sides of shallot, parsley, dijon mustard, cardamom, cornichons & a sunny-side-up egg.

The Mirbeau Hamburger $17

8 oz. grilled local angus beef over spinach and topped with gruyere cheese, grilled portobello mushroom & balsamic braised onions. Served with bistro fried and béarnaise-bordelaise sauce.

American 'Kobe' Burger $19

Ultra-rich griddled 8 oz. domestic wagyu with a fried egg, bacon and artisanal cheddar. Served with housemade chili fries.

Lamb Burger $16

Ground lamb patty with rosemary, garlic & feta on grilled pita with spinach, tomatoes and tzatziki, served with crispy fingerling potatoes tossed with domestic parmigiano. 

Sloppy Joe $15

Knife & fork version on a challah roll and made from ground tenderloin! Served with bistro fries.
