Mirbeau Inn & Spa's mission is to provide polite and friendly service to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience. Our success depends on the service we deliver to our guests. Our staff plays a key role in making each guest's stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. To that end we are always searching for hospitable individuals who enjoy being of service and have a "Can do" attitude.

Our Concept:


Mirbeau was carefully planned and designed to seamlessly integrate the Inn, Spa and Dining experience and to transport the guests to a feeling of relaxation. We offer rest, relaxation, revitalization and an opportunity to re-balance. Our concept is to provide a comfortable, supportive Inn, Spa and Dining experience in a French country atmosphere with superior service and modern conveniences. The Inn is built chateau-style with six buildings surrounding beautiful French country gardens. The gardens are the physical heart of the Inn and are patterned after Monet's famous Savor gardens. With 34 (thirty-four) guest rooms whose décor reflect the style and flare of Provence France, a Dining room located in the Lodge building commanding beautiful views of the ponds and gardens and a 10,000 square foot luxury spa facilities built in the classical Provençe Style, we are a fabulous place to work for.

  • Male Spa Attendants (PT)
    • Responsibilities
      • Oversee the Men's Locker Room
      • Monitor the spa areas including locker rooms and fitness centers
      • Assist guests and ensure surrounding areas are neat and tidy
      • 2-3 days a week with 8 hour shifts
    • Compensation: $8 per hour
  • Housekeeping Manager (FT)
  • Housekeeper
    • Qualifications
      • Must have excellent communication skills
      • Present a professional image to our guests
      • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
      • Strong guest service skills preferred
      • Must be reliable, detail oriented and be able to clean in a methodical manner
      • Must be able to perform physical labor duties such as stripping beds, pulling sheets, restocking shelves, and folding.
      • Prior cleaning experience preferred.
      • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
    • Compensation: $9/hr.
  • Turndown Attendant
  • Licensed Massage Therapist
    • Qualifications
      • Must have New York State Massage license and be versed in massage, body treatments, hot stone and deep tissue. Prior experience working in a high-end spa preferred.
      • 2-4 days per week and 6 hour shifts.
  • Personal Trainers
    • Qualifications
      • Personal Training Certification
      • CPR certification
      • High School diploma or equivalent
      • Excellent personal appearance, good communication skills and an outgoing, motivating and responsible personality
      • Sales and retail experience
    • Responsibilities
      • Provide excellent service to all spa/resort guests.
      • Educate guests on all cardio machines and fitness equipment available at the Spa.
      • Perform physical assessments on guests and help them decide on specific goals.
      • Design and direct workout programs tailored to the guest's needs and goals.
      • Observe guests as they exercise and correct improper techniques.
      • Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations.
      • Maintain current knowledge of all spa fitness classes, programs and company information.
      • Work cooperatively and professionally with all departments.
      • Oversee and maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the spa fitness center.
      • Provide appropriate and consistent levels of guest service and hospitality.
  • Laundry Attendant
    • Responsibilities
      • Wash and fold hotel linens.
    • Qualifications
      • Must be able to perform physical labor duties such as stripping beds, pulling sheets, restocking shelves, and folding.
      • Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and pull/reach with arms.
      • Hours vary.
    • Compensation: $8-9 per hour.
  • Restaurant Servers (AM)
  • Restaurant Host (AM)
    • Qualifications
      • Must be professional, outgoing, and like to work with a smile.
      • Must have the drive and the ability to ensure our guests have an outstanding dining experience by ensuring guests are greeted and seated in a timely manner.
      • Must have great organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
      • Prior customer service, serving, or hosting experience preferred.
      • Hours will vary. Weekends and holidays may be required on a rotating basis.
