Fees & Policies:


Resort Fee:
Please note: You will be charged a separate, nightly $15 Resort Fee per room not included in room rate. This fee is taxable. The Resort Fee includes:

  • Wireless Internet access
  • Daily Newspaper
  • Business Resources: Guest Computer Access, Faxing, Copying, Email and Printing
  • Resort Activities
  • Health & Wellness Classes (must be 18 years of age)
  • Fitness Center Access (must be 18 years of age)
  • Movie Rentals
  • Bike Rentals
  • In-room coffee, tea, turn down service incluging bottled water & chocolate and other services & amentities to enhance your stay.

Tax Information:
There is a 13% local and state tax applicable to all room charges.

Room Reservation Policy: 
Room check-in is guaranteed by 4:00pm and check out is 12:00 noon. Guests are welcome to arrive early to begin using the Spa or Dining Room or remain after check out to use the facilities. Treatment and dining reservations should be made well in advance of arrival. The Spa and dining room are very popular and appointment times book quickly. Room reservations do not guarantee spa and dining reservations.  

Deposit Policy:
All reservations require deposit equal to the first night's stay. This is charged at the time of booking.

Room Cancellation Policies:
Changed and cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival date for a refund. Within the 7 days of arrival all nights are non-refundable. Holidays, Holiday Weekends and Special Events require a 14-day cancellation. Once you are within the cancellation period, you are financially obligated for the entire length of your stay.

Smoking Policy:
Mirbeau Inn & Spa is a non-smoking resort. Smoking inside a guest room will incur a $150 cleaning fee. Mirbeau Inn & Spa does not allow guests to smoke outside of its buildings.

Pet Policy:
We regret that pets are not allowed at The Mirbeau Inn & Spa

Spa Policy:
Spa treatments and facilities are available for guests 18 years of age or older. Please, no pagers or cell phones in the Spa. Mirbeau provides an environment where all our guests can relax.  We also ask that cellular telephone conversations be held out doors or in your sleeping room so that other guests are not disturbed.  Thank you for you understanding. Spa Mirbeau is open everyday from 6:00am to 9:00pm.  Treatments begin at 9:00am and the last treatment starts at 8:00pm.  We suggest that you arrive at least one hour prior to your first treatment to relax and fully enjoy all the amenities we have to offer. Mirbeau will provide guests with robes and slippers to use during your stay.  You will need your own athletic attire and shoes.

Spa Treatment Cancellation Policies:
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to appointment to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment or service.
