Mirbeau Inn & Spa Offers Cooking Classes Just in Time For This Season's Holiday Celebrations

WHAT: Mirbeau Inn & Spa is offering guests from near and far the chance to learn some of the best-kept secrets in holiday cooking. From butchering to baking, there's something for everyone to brush-up on in the kitchen this season.
Classes are priced at $45 per person, including taxes and gratuities. The price includes a one hour class, supplies (if interactive), a meal (if classroom style) and all tasting wines.
WHEN:
- October 3 - Wine Harvest Time, 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.: The experts at Mirbeau take the guess work out of making tricky sauces with wine.
- November 7 - Butchering 101, 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.: Perfect for hunters--or bargain hunters--Mirbeau's team shows guests how to save money by properly portioning large cuts of beef, chicken and fish.
- December 5 - Holiday Sweets, 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.: Learn how to prepare some of the holiday's most delightful treats, including homemade chocolates, toffee, and Bûche de Noël.
