Skaneateles, NY – December 13, 2010 – Mirbeau Inn & Spa will bring a touch of France to New Year’s festivities in the Finger Lakes. Steeped in French Country charm, the 34-room retreat in picturesque Skaneateles will host its second annual New Year’s Eve gala on December 31 -- one that is sure to inspire cheers of “bonne année!” as revelers raise their glasses.
Back by popular demand, the band New Day will be kicking off the festivities at 8:00 p.m. playing favorite hits from the 60’s to today. The award-winning inn’s spa will be transformed into a sophisticated martini bar and lounge. Guests will enjoy gourmet dining stations, dessert lounge, automatic wine stations, ice bar on the deck, a champagne bar, Mirbeau’s own bar featuring signature Svedka Vodka drinks. After a champagne countdown to ring in the New Year, dancing will continue until 1:00 a.m.
New Year’s Eve at Mirbeau Inn & Spa is priced at $150 per person, the ticket price is inclusive and reservations are required. Complimentary town car service within Skaneateles is available to and from the New Year’s Eve Gala, pick-ups can be scheduled through reservations.
