Mirbeau Inn & Spa, debuts its new Life Enrichment Programs with an Inspirational Girls Getaway Sunday, January 16 through Monday, January 17. Designed to bring guests life’s classic pleasures and to assist in achieving their pursuit of happiness and wellbeing through themed retreats, the Life Enrichment Programs focus on health, wellness, spa, culinary and wine experiences. The retreats have been created to fully immerse guests in the theme of each program, which lasts from two to four days and includes unique, enjoyable and educational experiences which will be reflected through the entire Mirbeau experience from exclusively designed food and beverage menus to workshops, activities, seminars, services and products.
The Inspirational Girls Getaway will focus on wellness and spa experiences at Spa Mirbeau. The program has been designed to inspire and assist women with achieving their wellness goals while providing tips and tools to enhance their everyday lives. The all-inclusive getaway includes a one-night stay in luxury accommodations, a 50-minute spa treatment at Spa Mirbeau, a variety of yoga, zumba and fitness classes, walks through the scenic village of Skaneateles, a meditative energy journey, and healthy meals from Mirbeau’s own spa-focused menus. A special 90-minute “shakti” aroma yoga with Michele Gardner rounds out the program’s activities. Sunday night, the evening begins with motivational humorist Yvonne Conte of Humor Advantage, followed by a social reception featuring gourmet foods, cocktails, decadent desserts, special presentations, gift giveaways and much more.
Pricing starts at $454* per person based on single occupancy, and $858 per person based on double occupancy. Participants will also receive 25 percent off of additional spa treatments during their stay and can extend their stay an additional night (Monday, January 18) for only $89 plus tax (limited availability).
